I Am Me is exactly that, embracing what makes You, You. A reminder to accept yourself everyday, through the highs, the lows, the imperfections and the perfections.
You can only be you, and in the end I Am only Me.
Nearly 1 in 5 Adult Americans live with mental illness, yet conversations around it continue to be stigmatized. I Am Me encourages these conversations, and is working with the TAD Project (Talk About Depression) to raise awareness and give people the tools they need to support a loved one through a mental crisis.
