Item returns
Since all items are directly made to order, we don’t accept returns at this time. However we do offer full exchange, or returns for damages or issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. If your item gets damaged while wearing (beyond the regular wear and tear) please contact us at annabeejoux@gmail.com and we will send you a new one.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your card.
